2005 vintage is characterized by a dry climate, especially in August and September where we had a few days of heat wave with peaks at 34 ° C. |
GRAPEVINE: |
Vines took an advance in its development of 4 to 5 days. We had very few parasites which limited treatments. |
HARVEST: |
In view of the excellent state of health we waited on Sept. 26 to begin the harvest. |
VINIFICATIONS |
